Leaking Pipe Can Create Mold

The leak in the overhead pipe had been going on for some time before the homeowners knew there was a big problem. But in the middle of the night the pipe broke which took down the ceiling.

We found mold in our home!

As the ceiling came down they found the mold on the drywall which meant that the mold had time to grow before the broken pipe. A small leak must have been wetting the area enough for mold to begin growing exponentially above the ceiling.
